  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.  
  • The product must not be washed, worn, or modified in any manner.  
  • Return requests must be initiated within the specified period from the delivery date.  
  • Requests failing to meet these criteria may be declined.  

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process & Timeline

Non-Returnable Items  

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.  
  • Products missing their original packaging, tags, or labels—or those showing signs of use or damage—cannot be returned.  
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are considered final sale.
